Scientific and Manufacturing Company "Helios"
(Limited liability company) was founded
in 1993.
Since its establishment the company manufactured glass-fiber details for motor vehicles.
In 1998 Scientific and Manufacturing Company "Helios" commenced on production of dry building mixes (DBM) under the brand FEROZIT®,
in 2000 - of the primers.
At present water-dispersed
paints and ready putties, plasters and bonding mixtures
are produced.
Altogether the enterprise produces the wide range of products for construction and repair:
- bonding mixtures for ceramic tiles, marble, for heat-insulation system, gypsum boards, gypsum and foamed concrete blocks;
- plasters;
- putties;
- mixtures for making floor;
- primers;
- FAYNA FARBA® paints;
- decorative acrylic plasters (“Mosaic”,“Shuba”, "Worm tracks”);
- acrylic putties;
- external heat-insulation finishing system.
In September 2002 a plant producing cellular polystyrene under the brand FEROZIT® has been launched.
At present the following production lines operate at the
enterprise: production of cement-sand mixtures, gypsum mixtures;
preparation of raw materials; production of primers, paints, decorative acrylic plasters and quarz sand coloration.
The reference documentation for our products
has been developed in accordance with the European
standards (DIN, EN): DRY BUILDING MIXES "FEROZIT"

By now the enterprise achievements have been recognized officially. The general director of Helios Ltd. Mykhailo Potiy won a State prize of Ukraine in the field of science and engineering 2002 for development of competitiveable
polymermineral mixtures, organization of their production and mass application in construction.
Quality management system of the enterprise has been certified according to ISO 9001:2000 in July 2005.
Sale of products is arranged through the extensive
network of distributing companies, operating
almost in all regions of Ukraine. |
